Personal data processing information

Information Obligation

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we inform you that:

1. The Administrator of your personal data is The University College of Tourism and Ecology in Sucha Beskidzka, registered under the Non-Public Universities and Associations of Non-Public Universities Registry number 193, located at ul. Zamkowa 1, 34-200 Sucha Beskidzka.

2. Contact with the appointed Data Protection Officer can be made at ul. Zamkowa 1, 34-200 Sucha Beskidzka, or via email – inspektorrodo@mmperfect.com.

3. Your personal data will be processed:

  1. based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – given consent,
  2. based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – for the purpose of carrying out the current recruitment process,
  3. based on Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator, i.e., for tax and accounting purposes.
  4. based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – legitimate interests of the Administrator, in order to conduct marketing activities towards you, including direct marketing of our services, contacting you, including for purposes related to permitted marketing activities, specifically and with your consent - via email and telephone, handling your inquiries sent via email when they are not directly related to the recruitment process, and to ensure accountability.

4. The recipients of your data may be entities providing accounting services and entities such as banks and payment operators.

5. Your personal data is not transferred to third countries, i.e., outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or to other international organizations.

6. Your personal data collected in the recruitment process will not be processed longer than for a period of 6 months from the end of the recruitment process.

7. You have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion. Submitting a request for data deletion is equivalent to resigning from participating in the recruitment process. Moreover, you have the right to request the restriction of processing in cases specified in Article 18 of the GDPR.

8. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that the processing of personal data infringes the provisions of the GDPR.

10. Providing your personal data in the application is not mandatory, however, it is a condition that enables participation in the recruitment process for studies.
